These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“Morph”, “we”) for the Morph Scan app and morphscan.app. By using Morph you agree to them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

Your account

You sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least [16] to use Morph. Don’t misuse the service, try to reach it in unauthorized ways or upload recordings of anyone other than yourself without their consent.

Subscriptions and scan credits

• Morph membership is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID: [price and period, e.g. $X/month or $Y/year], with [free trial length] for new members.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• Membership includes one scan each week, resetting Monday at 00:00 UTC. Extra scan credits are a separate one-time purchase. A scan that fails to process doesn’t use a credit.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Health disclaimer

Morph is for general fitness and progress tracking. Measurements, body-fat ranges, calorie targets and coaching are estimates, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet or training, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or have a history of disordered eating. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Your content

You own your recordings, logs and messages. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Morph for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI features

The coach and food recognition are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check important information, such as allergens and nutrition values, yourself.

Changes, termination and liability

We may update Morph and these terms; we’ll tell you about material changes in the app. You can stop using Morph and delete your account at any time. [Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution to be added.]
