This policy explains what Morph Scan (“Morph”, “we”) collects when you use the Morph Scan iPhone app and morphscan.app, how it is used and the choices you have. Morph is operated by [Company legal name], [registered address].

What Morph keeps

The profile you enter (such as age, height, sex and goals), measurements and 3D scan results, weigh-ins, food and workout logs, saved meals, coach conversations, photos you choose to save and your app preferences. We use this information to show your results, run your nutrition log and training, and coach you.

Scan recordings

When you scan, your recording and any LiDAR depth capture are uploaded to Morph’s scan server for processing. The scan server runs on Modal in the United States, behind Cloudflare. Input recordings, depth data and extracted frames are deleted after processing, including when processing fails. The derived 3D body, measurements and result previews are kept on the scan server until you delete them.

The optional face scan is used only to show your face on your 3D body. It is stored on the scan server and your phone until you delete it, is not included in backups or exports, is never sent to the coach or food AI services and is never used to identify you.

Account and backup

You sign in with Apple. Your history and saved media sync to your Morph account so you can recover them on a new phone. Account records and backups are encrypted at rest. Our servers run on Cloudflare, and scans are processed on Modal.

AI coaching and food recognition

When you ask the coach a question, the relevant parts of your profile, logs, measurements, weight trend, recent messages and any connected Apple Health summaries are sent to an AI model provider through our servers. When you identify a meal from a photo, that photo is sent the same way. We use OpenRouter to reach these model providers; they process requests under their own policies. Food searches use a third-party food database.

Apple Health

Health access is optional and read-only. If you connect it, Morph reads weight, workouts, steps, active energy, sleep, resting heart rate and heart-rate variability for your history and coaching. Health data is never used for advertising or sold. Disconnect it in Profile or in iOS Settings at any time.

Purchases

Apple handles all payments. RevenueCat processes product, transaction and entitlement information so we can manage your membership and extra scan credits. We give RevenueCat an anonymous billing identifier, not your body measurements, meals or email.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist on morphscan.app, we store your email address only to tell you when Morph launches. Email [support email] to be removed.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information and don’t use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above (Cloudflare, Modal, OpenRouter and its model providers, our food database provider, Apple and RevenueCat), to run Morph, or when the law requires it.

Your choices and deleting your data

• Export your history and saved media from Profile in the app.
• Delete individual scans, or delete your whole account in Profile. Account deletion removes your server history and revokes Sign in with Apple.
• Deleting your data doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription. Manage that in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
